How safe is my personal information?

I’ve already submitted my order, but I need to make a change! What do I do? Is it too late?

We process our orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate any requests you may have. The best way to adjust an order is to send an email to support@impressivecanvas.com

I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email...what's going on?

Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there or e-mail us for confirmation.

How long does shipping take?

Please have patience...

(USA): Your product should arrive within 21 business days, but please allow UP TO 40 BUSINESS DAYS (2 Months) of MAXIMUM shipping time for your product to reach you. As delivery does NOT work on weekends and holidays.

(Internationally): Your product should arrive within 31 business days, but please allow UP TO 60 BUSINESS DAYS (2 Months) of MAXIMUM shipping time for your product to reach you. As delivery does NOT work on weekends and holidays.

We'll send you a tracking number to track your order once shipped. We're here 24/7 for any enquiries regarding your order(s).

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

You will get a tracking number once your order has shipped and you will get an email when your order ships! usually 5-10 business days after you place the order.

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, we accept payment via PayPal and all major Credit and debit Cards.

I changed my mind, I simply don't like my canvas, can I return it?

No exchanges for goods shipped in good condition just because you don't like it.

We are not liable for any delays of the parcel while in transit and we will definitely not refund for delays of the parcels.

ONCE HANDED TO THE COURIER (USPS) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR DELAY BY THE COURIER. YOU MAY REACH THEM THRU THEIR WEBSITE. ALSO, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO CONTACT THE COURIER FOR ANY CONCERNS.

DELIVERIES HAVE NO DEFINITE TIME, PLEASE BE PATIENT. AS IT DOES NOT DEPEND ON US, IT DEPENDS ON THE COURIER.
