Return policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the product ( IE sign over from your local postal service) . If 30 days have gone by since, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please do note that return postage fees will not be covered by us. We do recommend emailing our support team for full inquiry details.

Defective product will be offered exchange/return, in condition that it is returned within 30 days. There are no refunds/exchange/discounts for any item/s returned after 30 days.

No exchanges for goods shipped in good condition just because you don't like it.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and no refund for the shipping fee since items were shipped and we paid for the carrier already. All expenses/costs for returns/exchange will not be shouldered by Impressive Canvas.

Cancellation policy

Upon purchase of your order, you will have up to 24 hours to cancel your order. We will provide full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours. However if 24 hours has passed since you made the order, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return them to us.

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping out.

"What you see is what you get." You will get the exact design and style on your doorstep.

At times, color may be different, due to lighting or screen resolution of monitors or mobile phones. Print position may be different from the one in the sample photo.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your payment merchant .


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
